As a professional actress, playwright and producer, having a dynamic-looking and functional web presence is vital to my career. I wanted a one page website that was eye-catching and instantly informative, and went to Barbara and Simon on the recommendation of friends and family who had already commissioned similar sites from them.

Right from my first contact with them, Simon and Barbara were professional, efficient and receptive to my personal and professional needs. DDA Web Design were recommended to me by our local computer expert as I was looking for assistance with a web solution for the London RSPCA branches that I am responsible for.

When I met Barbara and Simon, the first thing that I noticed was how friendly and approachable they were. They were willing to listen to my web problems and immedately understood my frustrations with the previous web solution I had implemented. They knew the exact questions to ask in order to clarify my needs. Barbara and Simon were clearly experts in their field.   I left the initial meeting feeling very confident that they would provide the perfect solution for me.

Not only did they formalise the solution almost immedately, but it was very cost effective and they exceeded any expected timescales by working through the weekend to actually deliver the CMS branch template solution.  The template looked very professional and this was crucial for raising the profile of my RSPCA branches, rehoming animals and recruiting volunteers in local areas.

The CMS package was extremely easy to learn with a 30 minute training session with Simon.  I would also like to highlight that the support I have received from Simon has been excellent and he has always returned any calls and emails very promptly, solving any queries that I may have. 

The branch websites that have to-date been implemented as part of this project have already enabled needy animals in the local areas to be successfully rehomed.
